As part of the UK wide Being Human festival, Mapping the Borders is a week-long event taking place in the Scottish Borders. On Sunday 19th of November 2017, a day of activity will take place in the Borders town of Jedburgh. There will be two different, complimentary walks led by Prof Mike Collier and naturalist Keith Bowey, at 10am and 2pm respectively.

Description

Artist Zoe Childerley will be holding a workshop and discussion on her work the Debatable Lands (2016). The workshop will explore notions of ‘border’ through drawing and writing, bringing together subjective experiences of landscape linked with perceptions, associations and sensory responses as well as historical and cultural ones. No experience necessary!
